Your privacy is critically important to us. At Stragentium we have a few fundamental principles:

    •    We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
    •    We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law.

Stragentium operates a company website: www.Stragentium.com. It is Stragentium’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website, including our opt in newsletter.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Stragentium may collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Stragentium’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Stragentium’s visitors use its website, and improve the experience for our clients and website users.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to Stragentium’s websites choose to interact with Stragentium in ways that require Stragentium to gather personally-identifying information, such as by signing up to our newsletter. The amount and type of information that Stragentium gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Stragentium may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Stragentium may monitor the usage and interaction with its newsletter content. However, Stragentium does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

If  Stragentium or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Stragentium goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of  Stragentium may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Stragentium may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Stragentium’s sole discretion. Stragentium encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of Stragentium’s site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
